DHA & EPA

Recent studies have found that an important reason for the formation and development of arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease, cancer, arthritis, etc. is "chronic inflammation."  Epidemiological investigations have found that Eskimos who eat mainly fish rarely suffer from chronic diseases such as bronchitis, rheumatoid arthritis and other chronic diseases. When mice are fed with DHA and EPA, the degree of edema due to experimental inflammation is reduced.  Patients with rheumatoid arthritis who consume an anti-inflammatory diet containing DHA and EPA can significantly reduce the degree of joint swelling, while those who have not taken it have no such change.  In addition to anti-inflammatory, DHA and EPA have the effects of lowering blood lipids, preventing arteriosclerosis, strengthening the brain, and protecting eyesight.  DHA and EPA are mainly found in the meat and fat of marine fish.  WHO/FAO recommends that adults take no less than 0.25-2G per day, and those who need to regulate blood lipids take 2-3G per day.  The "Essential Fatty Acids" can make it easier for you to absorb DHA and EPA every day.
