Vitamin B deficiency can increase the risk of various diseases and conditions, which can affect your heart health, brain health, mental health, etc.


 Other diseases associated with vitamin B deficiency include:


 ·Paresthesias: the "needles" sensation that often occurs around arms, hands, legs or feet

 ·Peripheral neuropathy: a neurological disease, usually tingling or burning pain

 ·Mental illness: leading to delusions, hallucinations, gibberish or other symptoms

 ·Heart attack and stroke: Lack of vitamin B12 may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke

 ·Anemia: Deficiency of vitamin B9 and B12 can lead to a lack of healthy red blood cells and anemia.  In some cases, anemia can also cause fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath, and even Numbness and tingling.
